Superior Garage Door not only had the best price for a service call, but also had the best schedule. Superior door gave a 1 hour window, and he was here within that hour. Not like other companies I called that wanted a person available for half the day for an appointment. The service technician was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. He fixed my problem with the door track, but also took the time to explain the problem and what steps he was going to take to fix it. The technician took the time to grease and lube both doors on the same service call and to go over future preventative maintenance to prolong the life of both garage door and openers. I would highly recommend Superior Garage Door!

Superior Doors did an amazing job! When I initially called them to discuss the problem I was having the guy (I forget his name) was able to figure out my problem almost instantly over the phone. Within literally 2 seconds of walking into the garage he diagnosed the problem and immediately got to work. I had an inoperable door and 20 minutes after arrival I was writing a check and had a working door that was better than before. He also offered a bunch of advice to help down the road. I had Noah come out and fix my garage door in less than an hour. Not only do you get A+ service but a good looking man to look at too. I mean when you are working from home and could take your computer to the garage to watch him work "and silently" stare, it's a job well done all around. I would definitely hire him back again!

Great experience with this company. 2 garage door springs broke, and they came out the next morning. Repairman was so nice, knowledgeable and on time. Price was about $200 cheaper than estimates from other area companies. Repair was quick, and door is working great.

We called on a Wed evening and Noah came out the next morning by 9am. He was very professional and very nice. Noah was nice & patient enough to explain everything to me. Everything about this company is truly superior to other competitors. They install better equipment, for better prices, and overall better customer service. Noah did a torsion spring conversion and opener replacement for me, which is not easy with the old set up being from the mid 1980s. He knocked it out no problem and took the time to answer any questions I had afterward. Don't bother getting quotes/looking at reviews elsewhere because it won't even be close. Great company making this process painless.
